With the right support, you can learn to make better choices
and get back on track, one step at a time.

  Do these situations sound familiar?
  • Are your aches and pains such as back problems and headaches not going away?

  • Do you want to start exercising more often, but you just don’t know what fits into your busy lifestyle?

  • Has daily stress driven you to making bad food choices?

  • Is your energy zapped by the end of the day more and more often?

  • Do you wish you knew how to de-stress without the use sweets and alcohol?
Wish you could find a way to do something about this without turning your life inside out?

  • Have you run out of excuses and need to take action, but feel overwhelmed by all the dietary and exercise approaches out there?

  • Are you ready for something different?

You can make better, healthier choices with guidance and practical strategies.

If you love Vermont like me, you probably crave fresh air, nature’s beauty and seasonal treats from the farmer’s markets. Most people think this way of living is just for a nice weekend trip at an Inn, special event or New England ski trips.

I’m here to tell you that you can experience more of the healthy Vermont good life by integrating my simple, everyday strategies of a healthy, down-to-earth Vermonter just like me and my family (no matter where you live).

Vermonters are independent-minded people (I know I am!). Complicated diet plans that only serve to tell you what you can and can’t eat, are not for people like you and I who have other things to do than worry about nutrition every minute of the day.

(So fair warning! Please stop reading if you’re looking for a highly convoluted approach to health.)

Rest assured that you can get healthy without struggling and fancy diets, and even with a lot of pleasure, when you’re willing to open your eyes to the many options around you.  And I can show you how.

So what can you do differently?

Whether you live locally or across the nation, life’s daily stressors and challenges have probably caused a lot of bad habits to set in. I find most people do want to change and improve their health, but simply feel stuck and overwhelmed by all of the dietary and exercise information out there. They just don’t know what to do first or keep repeating familiar diet plans hoping this time something will stick. This is where I come in.

Being healthy and energized starts with an understanding of how food actually provides nutrition, how your body reacts to imbalance and what to do about it. Another aspect to consider is how we lead our lifestyles – it’s all food and nourishment. Simply put, the Vermont Healthy Good Living approach is all about upgrading the way you do things, taking it one step at a time and having fun in the process. Otherwise, you’ll never create long-term results.
